Should I have my content and images ready before the project begins?
- It's essential to have all necessary content prepared for the project by our agreed start date, unless otherwise arranged. Failure to do so may lead to rescheduling the project or incurring a restart fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
- Payments are typically divided into two parts: a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining 50% can be paid upon project completion or by the end date, whichever comes first. I have a variety of payment plans available let's have a chat I can create a custom plan for you. Bonus design incentives for pay in full projects
Is my initial deposit refundable?
- No, deposits are nonrefundable as they secure your position in my schedule. By reserving your slot, I commit to your project, potentially turning away other clients. This policy ensures commitment for both parties involved and fair scheduling.
What if I'm still unsatisfied after two refinement rounds?
- If after two rounds of refinement you're still unsatisfied, we can continue refinement at my current hourly rate. We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process in the beginning to make sure we are on the same page, so 99% of the time 2 refinement rounds are plenty!
Can you expedite my project? Is there a rush fee?
- Possibly. Each project timeline has been thoughtfully created to give us enough time to do our research, for me to draft your design, and for us to go through the refinement rounds. However, there are some circumstances in which your project may be able to be turned around quicker if the situation allows. If you need a rush project, please let me know well in advance so I can create a custom quote based on your requirements and a rush fee may be added depending on the deadline and complexity of the project.
How far in advance should I book?
- I usually book about four weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your deadline.

A branding project will take anywhere between 3-5 weeks. However, the timeline for each client project depends on the scope of the work you need done and your unique goals.
